For the past two years, Chef Urs Moser has competed at Epicurean Delight, an extremely popular gala that raises money for the Spokane Blood Bank. Both years, Chef Moser has delighted the palates of attendees and judges alike and both times, he’s brought home awards—Best Entrée and Best Hors d’Oeuvres.
“Epicurean Delight benefits a great cause and the competition is friendly and fun,” says Chef Moser. “It’s an opportunity to meet chefs from all over town and especially fun to see our members and catch up with them . I’m proud to represent the Club and get our name in front of people at a great city-wide gathering like this.”
